Role and Responsibilities

• Contributes to IT efficiency of organizational activities by analyzing, designing and evolving the programming algorithms of computer software and web applications, in accordance with the needs of the organization.
• Assumes a front-line advisory role with internal or external stakeholders on files or projects related to his area of expertise.
• Brings ideas and contributes to problem solving through his analysis and his in-depth knowledge of his area of expertise.
• Develops tools as well as policies and practices related to his field of activity

What we need your help with

• Analyze business needs and prepare a technical project plan.
• Develop internal applications.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Documents and write procedures.

What we are looking for

• Relevant university education.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience 
• Technical knowledge:
  • Excellent knowledge of Power platform (Power Apps, power automate, Power virtual agent (PVA), Angular, SharePoint.)
  • Fluency in any other language is an asset.
  • Scripting; PowerShell or other.
  • Good knowledge of SQL language.
  • Good knowledge of MVC model.
  • Good knowledge of MsSharePoint 
  • Good knowledge of O365.
  • Knowledge of MsWindow, MsOffice.
  • Knowledge of D365 F&O is asset.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual (French-English).
• Very eager to learn.
• Able to handle stress

Language: French – proficiency, English – proficiency, Inuktitut – asset

Working Environment/Conditions

No supervision

No travelling or few occasions

The work week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours 
per week.
