{"id":4965,"date":"2025-10-03T16:53:24","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T20:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=4965"},"modified":"2025-10-03T16:54:43","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T20:54:43","slug":"project-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/jobs\/project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be responsible for projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities associated with these projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the sustainability of the project portfolio within the group\u2019s area of activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate the work of permanent or temporary staff, external consultants, or resources from other units within a matrix project management framework;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define the project mandate, including requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, performance indicators, and project scope;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on project follow-up to clients according to commitments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on the state of the systems portfolio and the monitoring of mandates within the area of activity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop frameworks, processes, and tools for project management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide expert advice and guide unit staff on project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Several years of project management experience, minimum 9 years \u2013 required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management in Agile mode \/ use of JIRA \u2013 required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with ServiceNow implementation \u2013 required;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in project recovery\/turnaround \u2013 asset;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow \u2013 asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills and Knowledge Required<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of project management, particularly in information technology and\/or innovation and\/or business;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of change management and resource participation in a matrix environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of the project management process, particularly in coordination, scope, schedule, cost, and quality management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of project management tools such as EPM, JIRA, and\/or Confluence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PMP certification, an asset;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated mastery of the following behavioral competencies: agile and results-oriented, team player, committed to continuous improvement, autonomous;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in French appropriate to the function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working Environment\/Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hours:<\/strong> 40 hours\/week (8 hours\/day, Monday to Friday);<br><strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Hybrid (at least 1 day per week on-site as required).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role and Responsibilities What we are looking for Skills and Knowledge Required Working Environment\/Conditions Hours: 40 hours\/week (8 hours\/day, Monday to Friday);Schedule: Hybrid (at least 1 day per week on-site as required).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-4965","awsm_job_openings","type-awsm_job_openings","status-publish","hentry","job-category-project-manager","job-type-contract","job-location-montreal","date-posted-october-03-2025"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/awsm_job_openings\/4965","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/awsm_job_openings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/awsm_job_openings"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4965"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
