{"id":5142,"date":"2025-11-07T16:48:39","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T21:48:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=5142"},"modified":"2025-11-07T16:51:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-07T21:51:47","slug":"senior-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/jobs\/senior-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we need your help with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Evaluate, plan, monitor, and control activities and projects related to Server Infrastructure and Telecommunications Infrastructure within construction, facility development, and biomedical engineering equipment programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess the human, financial, material, and informational resources required for the projects under your responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare analyses, technological plans, and specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor project progress (advancement, cost, etc.) and keep stakeholders informed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential issues and proactively manage risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the work of other resources in the execution of development or continuity projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and ensure compliance with project budgets and schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain communication with internal and external suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the quality of project deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on project progress to clients and management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able to respond quickly to urgent ad hoc requests (e.g., new reports, presentations, or other needs) within tight deadlines, occasionally requiring work outside regular hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the quality of all professional documents intended for senior management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation of activities promoting effective change management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct project closures and make necessary recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the production of tracking information for projects under your responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in the administrative management of the project portfolio:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update project portfolio information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to project management performance indicators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct technological monitoring for infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ten (10) years of experience in IT project management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience in construction and facility development projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of technology environments in the healthcare sector, particularly within Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts: network, servers, desktop virtualization, SAN, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of telecommunications and telephony infrastructure concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training in project management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of biomedical equipment is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What we need your help with What we are looking for<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"class_list":["post-5142","awsm_job_openings","type-awsm_job_openings","status-publish","hentry","job-category-project-manager","job-type-contract","job-location-vaudreuil-soulanges","date-posted-november-07-2025"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/awsm_job_openings\/5142","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/awsm_job_openings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/awsm_job_openings"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/5"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/expertissolutions.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5142"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
