Role and responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Talent Acquisition Administrator <\/strong>will work with our Sr. Talent Business Partner within the IT recruitment support functions to assist in our continuous growth. What we need your help with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Collaborate with Expertis\u2019 Talent Hub to qualify sourced candidates and build niche pipelines;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Pre-screen candidates and qualify them for submittal to our IT and Engineering clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Format job descriptions, prepare candidate submittals, and maintain our ATS up to date;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with our clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency<\/strong>, and directs\/escalate to the proper source for information, following up as appropriate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor our career website and keep job postings up to date;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Post job updates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and our Company website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Represent our value proposition and drive our brand to ensure candidate\/client experience optimization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be an advocate for candidate experience and improve the overall candidate journey;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • May have some other ad-hoc duties relevant to all Recruitment activities (e.g., sourcing, creating pipelines, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment, HR and\/or Information Technology (IT);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferred: Studies in HR\/Marketing\/Communications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • BILINGUAL<\/strong>: Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both French and English;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, LinkedIn and social media tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Nice-to-have<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Experience with an ATS preferred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with a recruitment IT staffing agency or IT environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Third language: Spanish is an added bonus;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Good understanding of Information Technology terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
