The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the technology field and will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we need your help with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize various sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for technical roles, including software developers, systems analysts, and IT consultants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate&#8217;s skills, experience, and alignment with the company\u2019s culture and values.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with the hiring team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future job opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with the coordination and administration of new employee onboarding processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bilingual in French and English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4-10 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for those with exposure to the IT or consulting industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of technical skills and ability to discern candidate qualifications through screening.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role and Responsibilities Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Technical Recruiter.
