Role and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking an AI Developer<\/strong> to design and build secure, scalable and production-ready software solutions incorporating artificial intelligence and machine-learning capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful candidate will collaborate with product, data, platform and engineering teams to integrate machine-learning models and generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications within a Capital Markets environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we need your help with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AI Application Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Design and develop AI-enabled applications, services and APIs.
\u2022 Integrate machine-learning models and generative AI capabilities into enterprise systems.
\u2022 Develop prompts, model interactions and application logic for AI use cases.
\u2022 Build secure, scalable and reliable solutions that meet enterprise production standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data, Retrieval & Model Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Build data-processing, retrieval, evaluation and model-integration workflows.
\u2022 Develop solutions using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector databases.
\u2022 Support model evaluation, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
\u2022 Troubleshoot application, integration, data and model-related issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engineering Excellence & Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Implement automated testing, monitoring, logging and performance measurement.
\u2022 Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, business analysts and product owners.
\u2022 Apply security, privacy, responsible-AI and governance practices throughout the development lifecycle.
\u2022 Document technical designs, interfaces and operational processes.
\u2022 Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies and continuous-improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in software development using Python and\/or another modern programming language.
\u2022 Experience developing APIs, services and production-grade applications.
\u2022 Practical experience with machine learning, natural-language processing and\/or generative AI.
\u2022 Experience with cloud platforms, databases, version control and CI\/CD pipelines.
\u2022 Understanding of software testing, application security and solution architecture.
\u2022 Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and\/or vector databases.
\u2022 Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or comparable technologies.
\u2022 Experience with MLflow, model evaluation or model-serving platforms is an asset.
\u2022 Knowledge of data privacy, responsible-AI principles and regulated enterprise environments.
\u2022 Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
\u2022 Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
\u2022 Previous Capital Markets experience is required.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
