\u2022 Analyze current processes and identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
\u2022 Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
\u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and requirements documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and solution-delivery activities.
\u2022 Coordinate user acceptance testing and document test scenarios, results and identified issues.
\u2022 Support solution implementation, training, change-management and operational-readiness activities.
\u2022 Contribute to process mapping, data-flow analysis and system-integration initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Track issues, decisions, dependencies, action items and project risks.
\u2022 Prepare project-status updates, presentations and stakeholder communications.
\u2022 Help ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions and delivery priorities.
\u2022 Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous-improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhat we are looking for<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Strong requirements-elicitation, analysis and documentation skills.
\u2022 Experience creating user stories, use cases, process maps and acceptance criteria.
\u2022 Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle practices.
\u2022 Experience coordinating or supporting user acceptance testing.
\u2022 Knowledge of APIs, databases, data flows and system integrations.
\u2022 Experience supporting process-mapping and change-management activities.
\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence or comparable tools.
\u2022 Experience within Capital Markets or financial services is strongly preferred.
\u2022 Bilingual English and French communication skills are an asset, particularly for Montreal-based opportunities.
\u2022 Excellent communication, organization and facilitation skills.
