Role and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for projects, including planning, organizing, and coordinating activities associated with these projects;
• Ensure the sustainability of the project portfolio within the group’s area of activity;
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines;
• Integrate the work of permanent or temporary staff, external consultants, or resources from other units within a matrix project management framework;
• Define the project mandate, including requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, performance indicators, and project scope;
• Report on project follow-up to clients according to commitments;
• Report on the state of the systems portfolio and the monitoring of mandates within the area of activity;
• Develop frameworks, processes, and tools for project management;
• Provide expert advice and guide unit staff on project management.

What we are looking for

• Several years of project management experience, minimum 9 years – required;
• Project management in Agile mode / use of JIRA – required;
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation – required;
• Experience in project recovery/turnaround – asset;
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow – asset.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Strong knowledge of project management, particularly in information technology and/or innovation and/or business;
• Strong knowledge of change management and resource participation in a matrix environment;
• Strong knowledge of the project management process, particularly in coordination, scope, schedule, cost, and quality management;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite;
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as EPM, JIRA, and/or Confluence;
• PMP certification, an asset;
• Demonstrated mastery of the following behavioral competencies: agile and results-oriented, team player, committed to continuous improvement, autonomous;
• Proficiency in French appropriate to the function.

Working Environment/Conditions

Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, Monday to Friday);
Schedule: Hybrid (at least 1 day per week on-site as required).
