Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will work with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) within the sales and sales support functions to drive profitable revenue growth in the assigned territory.
 Generate new customer leads and initiate sales calls to maintain a pipeline of clients in the IT industry space.
 Developing new business through cold-calling and prospecting on a continual basis within the dedicated territory or with established accounts;
 Call leads from Master Prospect List ownership for assigned territory;
 Develop and present Expertis Solutions to our potential clients;
 Negotiation with the client to effectively close profitable leads based on what’s best for the client;
 Maintain and further develop existing customer relationships and create new customer relationships, through regular contact and communication.

Qualifications

 Minimum 3-5 years of sales/account management/business development experience;
 Proven track record (KPIs) for consistently achieving services revenue and related sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics;
 Able to identify and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, strategic decision-makers in order to develop and further selling opportunities
 Knowledgeable regarding competitive landscape, industry trends and vertical markets;
 BILINGUAL: Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English;
 Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Sales tools, and/or CRMs;

SKILLS (AN ASSET)

 Experience or knowledge of the IT industry;
 Experience with staffing agency account management.
