Right to Represent

By applying to a position through Expertis Solutions Inc., you acknowledge and accept the following terms regarding representation for employment opportunities.

In consideration of the time, resources, and expertise invested by Expertis Solutions Inc. in presenting candidates to our clients, you hereby grant Expertis Solutions Inc. the exclusive authorization to represent you for the position associated with the application you are submitting.

By granting this right, you confirm that:

• You have not authorized any other company, recruiter, or agency to represent or submit your profile for this same opportunity.
• You will not authorize any other party to do so after submitting your application through Expertis Solutions Inc.
• If you are approached by other firms regarding the same role, you will inform them that you are already being represented by Expertis Solutions Inc. for this opportunity.

If you sign more than one RTR for the same opportunity, you understand and accept that the agency who submitted your profile first will be considered your official representative for that opportunity. Please note that if your profile is submitted by multiple sources, your application may be disqualified or annulled by the client. We strongly encourage transparency and communication to avoid this issue.

This agreement does not constitute an offer of employment or a contract of employment by Expertis Solutions Inc.
