Role and responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will work with our Sr. Talent Business Partner within the IT recruitment support functions to assist in our continuous growth. What we need your help with
- Collaborate with Expertis’ Talent Hub to qualify sourced candidates and build niche pipelines;
- Pre-screen candidates and qualify them for submittal to our IT and Engineering clients;
- Format job descriptions, prepare candidate submittals, and maintain our ATS up to date;
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with our clients;
- Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and directs/escalate to the proper source for information, following up as appropriate;
- Monitor our career website and keep job postings up to date;
- Post job updates on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and our Company website;
- Represent our value proposition and drive our brand to ensure candidate/client experience optimization;
- Be an advocate for candidate experience and improve the overall candidate journey;
- May have some other ad-hoc duties relevant to all Recruitment activities (e.g., sourcing, creating pipelines, etc…).
What we are looking for
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment, HR and/or Information Technology (IT);
- Preferred: Studies in HR/Marketing/Communications;
- BILINGUAL: Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both French and English;
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, LinkedIn and social media tools.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with an ATS preferred;
- Experience with a recruitment IT staffing agency or IT environment;
- Third language: Spanish is an added bonus;
- Good understanding of Information Technology terms.
