Role and responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Business and Process Analyst to support the implementation of digital foundations and our client’s technological innovation projects.
More specifically, this contract aims to:
- Mobilize experts in key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, automation, solution architecture, and digital project management;
- Support the design, development, experimentation, and deployment of shared or reusable technological solutions across public organizations;
- Accelerate the implementation of our client’s innovative projects, including the AI platform, chatbot, and technology innovation lab.
What we need your help with
- Gather, clarify, and formalize business needs with stakeholders;
- Map current business processes and target processes;
- Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities;
- Model and document target processes;
- Participate in the selection and application of automation tools;
- Use standardized notations such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to illustrate processes;
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or automation opportunities;
- Analyze the impact of changes on processes, systems, and organizational roles;
- Collaborate with stakeholders (operational and IT) to gather and clarify requirements;
- Assess feasibility, ROI, and project complexity for automation initiatives;
- Create clear documentation (diagrams, procedures) for design and development purposes;
- Monitor the performance of automated processes and recommend necessary improvements.

- Analysis and recommendation reports;
- Evaluation reports;

- User principles registry;
- Business rules registry;
- Product backlog;
- Test specifications;
- Business or functional documentation, depending on the work type;
- Detailed specifications for processes to be automated (business rules, exceptions, integrations, data flows).
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or Pure and Applied Sciences;
- Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology;
- Five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst;
- Completed at least two (2) technological solution development projects as a Business or Process Analyst, with involvement of at least 120 person-days per project;
- Completed at least one (1) process modeling project using BPMN notation;
- Completed at least one (1) process modeling project using Excel and Power BI.
