Role and Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you contribute to IT effectiveness by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining, evolving, and ensuring the quality of business solutions, IT networks, management systems, programs, and database servers while meeting the organization’s needs.
Your role involves analyzing and diagnosing complex issues related to deliveries, deployments, infrastructure operations, and quality control/assurance. You provide advice and guidance to improve or optimize standards, policies, and programs. You propose implementation plans and actively participate in the quality strategy of business solutions. The files and projects require extensive knowledge in your field.
You act as a key contributor in the planning, design, and execution of mandates and projects. You contribute to solving complex problems requiring detailed analysis and domain knowledge. Coordination is frequent. You are expected to interact with various stakeholders working in complementary areas of expertise.
What we need your help with
- You act as a resource person in the field of quality assurance for your unit, dedicated clients, and partners.
- Coordinate the development of the testing strategy for targeted teams.
- Identify, capture, analyze, and interpret the information and data required to support testing phases, implementation strategies, various quality assurance tests, decision-making processes, and processes for ensuring compliance with policies and management practices in effect.
- Analyze risks. Prepare various reports, propose solutions, make recommendations, and provide advisory support in the implementation of these recommendations.
- Prepare and recommend action plans to help correct situations encountered, in accordance with generally recognized guidelines and rules.
- Actively participate in the development, implementation, and evolution of policies, standards, and practices.
