Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Director, the Systems & Network Administrator is responsible for cloud infrastructure. They ensure the proper functioning, coordination, and maintenance of networks, servers, software, and cloud components.
They are responsible for monitoring, maintenance, incident resolution, and providing support to colleagues. They also play an active role in the evolution of technologies.
What we need your help with
- Manage, maintain, and monitor network environments, cloud environments, and internal/external infrastructure, while understanding the business impact of interventions
- Ensure cloud environments and infrastructure are stable and continuously available, in line with business priorities and established service levels (SLA)
- Provide support to users and IT colleagues for complex issues related to cloud and sometimes physical infrastructure
- Monitor and optimize performance of cloud and physical infrastructures in collaboration with partners
- Contribute to documentation of network systems, processes, configurations, and operational security
- Actively participate in technology evolution through monitoring trends and implementing recommended solutions, minimizing business and financial impact
- Initiate, manage, and communicate improvement projects for cloud environments
- Maintain licenses, software, domains, and all other IT system-related instances
- Complete required training, obtain relevant certifications, and stay up to date with cloud trends

Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as an Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- AZ-900 certification
- AZ-103/104 certification (asset)
- Knowledge and experience with the technologies listed below:
- Hybrid environment: VMware vSphere and Azure
- Windows systems and server management (2016-2025, AD, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.)
- Backup management (Veeam)
- Identity services management (Entra ID: SSO, MFA, PIM, Risk Management, Conditional Access)
- Networking: MPLS, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN
- Security and endpoint management tools such as McAfee Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, Exchange Online Protection, ManageEngine DesktopCentral, Nessus
- Participation in a cloud migration project (asset)
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken (the person will be required to interact with suppliers outside of Canada)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide feedback and translate technical language for users
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects and tasks
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
