Role and Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Technical Recruiter. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top tech talent that will contribute to the growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the technology field and will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle.

What we need your help with

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for technical roles, including software developers, systems analysts, and IT consultants.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate’s skills, experience, and alignment with the company’s culture and values.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with the hiring team.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of new employee onboarding processes.

What we are looking for

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for those with exposure to the IT or consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and ability to discern candidate qualifications through screening.
